Image-based abuse
If intimate images are threatened or shared
Evidence, reporting, and support — without blame.
Marked for professional / legal review before institutional publication. Educational sample only.
You are not at fault. That is true if you took the photo, if someone else did, if you were a teenager, and if the image is AI-generated.
Paying a person who is threatening you does not guarantee deletion and often leads to more demands.
If it is safe to preserve evidence
Screenshot messages with dates, usernames, and URLs. Keep the originals if you can. Do not forward the images to friends.
If the person pictured was under 18, do not send the image to anyone. Use Take It Down and the CyberTipline.
